Conservative evangelical

This is the conservative answer to the NRSV. It is a bit more formal, but the clearest difference is that it does not use the type of gender neutral language used by the NRSV. It is also textually more conservative, less likely to accept conjectures or Dead Sea Scrolls data without further support.

Low cost edition.

The ESV Study Bible is a staple of evangelical Christians, especially in the reformed tradition, mating the style of the translation with similarly conservative notes.

A large print edition is desirable for any Bible translation.

An interesting concept that can be helpful in reading. Removing many of the late additions such as verse numbers and headings allows the reader to experience the text less as a reference source and more as a story.
