Eugene Peterson's wonderfully interesting translation. (Note, I do not use paraphrase, as Peterson worked form the source languages.) This translation does, however, have much of the feel of a paraphrase, with translation of numerous cultural terms, extensive rewording, exchange of idioms, and so forth. I do not recommend it for study, but it does make good fast reading.
